Cancellation Policy

 

I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Appointments that are not canceled a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged to the credit/debit card on file for 90% of the standard price of the service missed (missed appointments will not be deducted from your service package if you have one), no matter the reason or emergency. Thank you for your cooperation in honoring this policy.
